About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building user-friendly, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement features.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Django.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in developing e-commerce, SaaS, or custom web applications.
