Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 11,000/- Per Month.

Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of Rs. 4,50,000 /- Per Annum

• Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCA/ BSc/ ME/ MTech/ MCA/ MCS/MSc (Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Data Science (DS)/ Machine Learning (ML)/ Cyber Security (CS)/ Internet of Things (IoT) OR Branches related to Computer Science ONLY)
• Batch: Pass out Year 2026 Batch Only
• Percentage: 65 % in Graduation OR Post Graduation

Role & Responsibility:

• Participate in a structured training program focused on technical tracks.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions designed to enhance technical skills and promote creative thinking.
• Write, test, and maintain code that adheres to high-quality standards and follows best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team and clients
• The ability to solve problems for the job calls for tackling real-world digital problems.
• A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn and become a rockstar coder.
• Basic knowledge of coding, because, well, you’re going to be a professional software engineer!

Recruitment Process:

• Applications Filtering: Based on academic record (percentage/branches/pass out year), profiles will be shortlisted.
• Online Group Discussion 1 by VibrantMinds Team: Virtual meeting on Zoom or Google Meet.
• Online Group Discussion 2 by Coditas Team: A group discussion is a collaborative conversation among candidates where they discuss a given topic, allowing the interviewers to assess their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Online Technical Round Level 1: The L1 Technical Interview is an initial technical assessment focused on evaluating the candidate’s fundamental knowledge and expertise in relevant technical areas for the internship role.
• Online Technical Round Level 2: The L2 Technical Interview is a more in-depth technical evaluation, often conducted by senior experts, to assess the candidate’s advanced skills and problem-solving abilities within the specific field of the internship.
• Communication round (Final HR Round and Offer): The communication round assesses candidates’ verbal communication skills. This round is crucial for determining their ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively
